Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. Our standard minimum order is 24 pcs. but we will try to work with you on smaller orders.
Q. Are there volume price breaks?
A. Our base price is computed on 24-47 pcs. with price breaks for 48-99, 100-299 and 300-1200.
Q. Do you have clip-art available to look at?
A. Yes, we have 1,000s of high-quality images not available online at this time. Please send a description such as 'cougar head' or 'fire truck' and we will email samples.
Q. Do you charge extra to create custom designs?
A. There is no charge for the first 30 minutes of computer design time and we charge $35.00 per hour after that. More than 90% of our customers have no design charges.
Q. Can you draw custom images?
A. In most cases, custom illustrations are sent out to a professional artist who will quote the cost before proceeding.
Q. Can I bring in my own artwork?
A. Yes, but we have to see the image to know if it presents any special problems.
Q. In what forms do you accept artwork?
A. Black and white illustrations are the easiest images to scan. We usually re-trace then scan your art and add color if appropriate. Vector-based artwork from programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw and Freehand (and sometimes PowerPoint) are ideal. Images from pixel-based programs saved as jpeg, psd (adobe Photoshop), and tiff can also be used. You can also send a mock-up of your artwork in a Microsoft Word document.
Q. Who owns the design?
A. You are free to take your artwork or embroidery digital file with you. The actual screens and film separations belong to the Graphics Studio.
Q. Do you have a "rush order charge"?
A. Orders needed within 72 hours are surcharged 10%.
Q. What payment options are available?
A. We accept personal checks, cash and in many cases, purchase orders with net 30 day terms. We accept credit payments through PayPal.
